I wanna run every morning to keep my physical condition to realize my dream to become fitness model. But, there is air polution when i run around the city. I need to find alternatives to overcome this problem. Maybe i can swim, but it requires a lot of time. Solution is running on treadmill.
I’m dreaming to have a treadmill so i can running on treadmill every morning. It is very good for cardiorespiratory strength. After read some treadmill review, i know that minimum price for treadmill is above $500. I don’t have enough money to purchase treadmill. I am dreaming a treadmill which price about $1000 such as Ironman 220t Treadmill. I know that it is not easy to purchase this treadmill but I will try to purchase the item so that I can realize my dream to become fitness model!

I feel a
lack of physical activity because there are block exam in a few days. Yesterday, for almost 12 hours I just sat in the Library to read the lecture notes. I really do less physical activity.

Today i feel my physical fitness is not in a good state. I feel very tired. Maybe it is caused by lack of physical activity i did. This week is full of examination. I dont have time to doing some workout or just walk to fitness. This lack of physical fitness really aggravates my physical fitness.
